Summary[]
Wikyung speaks to the Jin family forces before they head into battle. Mujin has forced himself out of the infirmary to join, and banters friendly with Taekyung, until he notices Wikyung's presence. While on a walk, Taekyung asks his brother for a mission, but tells him to focus on protecting the rear like planned. When Taekyung insists, he tells him he has already given him one of the most important missions there is: to survive. Stunned, Taekyung only watches as Wikyung walks off.
You must do whatever you can in order to survive. Even if the main family is on the verge of destruction, you must run as far as you can. Do you understand. If the root survives, then the tree will grow once more.
The next day, the army marches on, climbing through the landscape. Joon comments that they will be at Dingxing by the morrow at this speed.
