Wipeng informs him that he has been out for five days. The head physician was unsure if he would make it, which enraged Wikyung. The good news is that the Shuozhuo survivors have all safely returned back home. They also recovered Gi Cheonjin's body and gave him a proper burial, although they didn't know who to pass his belongings to, since he appeared to be an orphan. Wipeng comforts Taekyung.
Two days ago at Hengshui, 100 elite warriors of the main family fought 200 vanguard warriors, and the Jin family gained an overwhelming victory. Only 30 of the opponent's soldiers managed to survive and escape, while the Jins only had 30 injured. Wipeng and Wikyung took on one of the Twin Demons of Mount Heng each and defeated them, although Lee Seogwang slipped through their hands. Wipeng comments on how he's impressed by the change Taekyung has undergone, though he's still annoyed thinking about all the trouble he's caused in the past. Most importantly, Mount Heng has lost their justification for the war, since Taekyung has proven to be strong enough to not rely on cheap gimmicks like poison.
At Mount Heng, Cheonbaek scolds his son and orders his subordinates to build more fighting power no matter the means. In four days they strike again.
