Jong Richu, the self-proclaimed Ever-Victorious Sword, is a peak level martial artist from Yunnan.[1] During the Great Celestial Banquet, he was nicknamed the Precarious Sword, because he was barely able to win all his matches with a sword that's just scraping by.[2]
