He's very enthusiastic about gear such as his Crimson Dragon armor set, and Im Hyukjun describes him as a gear geek.[2]

Officially, he's a C-rank hunter,[3] however he has revealed he's also an reawakened hunter, meaning he's at least B-rank or higher.[4] He used to serve as a team leader of the Ares Guild in the past, but left with Song Song and Kim Hwajong to form the Peace Guild. After running a gate with Taekyung, he recruited him and Hyukjun to join his guild as well.[1]
Background[]
He is the grandson of the world’s strongest Hunter, whose feats include defeating the Demon King. Choi Minwoo always tried to prove himself, but he was hindered by Lee Jung Ryong when he joined the Ares guild. He was sent to sub-guilds and prevented from gaining fame and influence until he decided to leave and create his own guild. However, every time he recruited hunters, they either disappeared or were acquired by the Ares guild, until he finally managed to recruit Jin Taekyung.
